“Cards Education” is a web-based application which is used to manage and print identity cards online. Creating personal cards for all your students adn employees with the look and feel you like couldn’t be easier.
Import all information about your students and employees that you would like to print on the cards by loading an Microsoft Excel file into the online application. You can add, edit or delete information later on if you like. Furthermore can design different cards to give a group of persons their own design.
The carddesigner helps you to create the design you like by following the steps one by one. It allows you to build up the design with paint options comparable with tools you find in simple paint applications. You can also load a picture from your computer and use it as a background. Finally you can add dynamic content for the personal data of a person like his or her name, a photo and even a barcode. This makes it possible to print cards for all persons with one click when you are finished.
The datamanager keeps track of data of new students and employees data which helps you to print only the cards of those persons until you let the application know otherwise.
